Walk-in Policy

Walk-In Veterinary Services

When your pet needs care and you need flexibility, our walk-in clinic is here to help. We offer designated walk-in hours so you can get timely support without scheduling an appointment in advance.

Walk-in Hours

Tuesday-Friday

8-10 a.m.

1– 2 p.m.

Saturday

8 – 9 a.m.

Please note: Walk-in services are available on a first-come, first-served basis during the hours listed above.

What to Expect

  1. Sign in at the podium. Provide your contact information and the reason for your visit.
  2. Wait comfortably in your vehicle. After signing in, you’re welcome to return to your car while you wait. This helps reduce lobby congestion and keeps pets more comfortable.

  3. We’ll call you in. Once an exam room and veterinarian are available, a team member will contact you to bring you and your pet inside.

Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for both you and your pet.

Tips for walk-ins

  • Arrive early. We recommend arriving at the start of the walk-in window, as availability may fill quickly.
  • Bring previous medical records. If your pet has seen another veterinarian recently, bringing records (or email ahead of time) helps our team provide the best care possible.
  • Keep pets safely secured. Dogs are required to be on a leash and cats should be in a secure carrier when entering the building.
  • Plan for potential wait time. Wait times can vary depending on the number of pets and the urgency of cases that day.
  • Keep your phone handy. Keep your ringer on so we can reach you as soon as an exam room and veterinarian are ready.
