Walk-in appointments

When your pet needs care and you need flexibility, our walk-in appointments are here to help. We offer designated walk-in hours so you can get timely support without scheduling an appointment in advance.

Please note that registration for walk in hours begin 15 minutes before the clinic opens.

What to Expect

  1. After arriving, enter the clinic and speak with a Pet Care Coordinator to be added to our waitlist.
  2. Return to your vehicle to wait. Please stay on-site during the duration of your wait, as leaving will cause you to lose your place in line.

  3. When your walk-in appointment comes, our team will contact you. Once notified, enter the clinic with your pet on a leash or in a carrier.

Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for both you and your pet.

Tips for walk-ins

  • Arrive early. Registration for walk-ins begin at 7:45 and 12:45, 15 minutes before the clinics open. We recommend arriving at the start of your preferred walk-in window, as availability may fill quickly.
  • Bring previous medical records. If your pet has seen another veterinarian recently, bringing records (or email ahead of time) helps our team provide the best care possible.
  • Keep pets safely secured. Dogs are required to be on a leash, and cats should be in a secure carrier when entering the building.
  • Plan for potential wait time. Wait times can vary depending on the number of pets and the urgency of cases that day.
  • Keep your phone handy. As soon as your walk-in appointment time arrives, our team will contact you. Failure to respond promptly may cause an extended wait time.
