What to Expect
- After arriving, sign in to the virtual waitlists below or at the kiosk inside. If you have multiple pets, please submit their entries separately.
-
Wait comfortably in your vehicle. After signing in, the virtual waitlist will provide regular updates for estimated wait times. Please stay on-site during the duration of your wait, as leaving will cause you to lose your place in line.
-
When your walk-in appointment comes, you will receive a text and push notification from our team. Once notified, enter the clinic with your pet on a leash or in a carrier.
Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for both you and your pet.
Tips for walk-ins
- Arrive early. Registration for walk-ins begin at 7:45 and 12:45, 15 minutes before the clinics open. We recommend arriving at the start of your preferred walk-in window, as availability may fill quickly.
- Bring previous medical records. If your pet has seen another veterinarian recently, bringing records (or email ahead of time) helps our team provide the best care possible.
- Keep pets safely secured. Dogs are required to be on a leash, and cats should be in a secure carrier when entering the building.
- Plan for potential wait time. Wait times can vary depending on the number of pets and the urgency of cases that day.
- Keep your phone handy. Our walk-in process is 100% virtual, so a cell phone is necessary.
