Walk-in appointments

When your pet needs care and you need flexibility, our walk-in appointments are here to help. We offer designated walk-in hours so you can get timely support without scheduling an appointment in advance.

Walk-in Hours

Tuesday-Friday

8-10 a.m.

1– 2 p.m.

Saturday

8 – 9 a.m.

Please note: Walk-in services are available on a first-come, first-served basis during the hours listed above.

What to Expect

  1. After arriving, sign in to the virtual waitlists below or at the kiosk inside. If you have multiple pets, please submit their entries separately.
  2. Wait comfortably in your vehicle. After signing in, the virtual waitlist will provide regular updates for estimated wait times.

  3. When your walk-in appointment comes, you will receive a text and push notification from our team. Once notified, enter the clinic with your pet on a leash or in a carrier.

Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for both you and your pet.

Tips for walk-ins

  • Arrive early. We recommend arriving at the start of the walk-in window, as availability may fill quickly.
  • Bring previous medical records. If your pet has seen another veterinarian recently, bringing records (or email ahead of time) helps our team provide the best care possible.
  • Keep pets safely secured. Dogs are required to be on a leash, and cats should be in a secure carrier when entering the building.
  • Plan for potential wait time. Wait times can vary depending on the number of pets and the urgency of cases that day.
  • Keep your phone handy. Our walk-in process is 100% vertual, so a cell phone is necessary.
