Preparing for your first visit
Thank you for choosing the ARL Afford-a-Care Clinics for your veterinary needs
What to bring:
- Your identification (Driver’s license, ID card, etc.)
- Previous veterinary records
- A leash or carrier
- A list of current medications and food
What to expect
- For scheduled appointments: Please arrive at your appointment 10 min early
- For walk-in visits: Registration begins 15 minutes before the clinics open. We reccomend arriving early, as these do fill up quickly.
- When entering the clinic, please ensure that your pet is on a leash or in a carrier. If your pet is reactive to other animals, please enter without them and notify our team so we can accommodate.
- If our clinics are experiencing high client volumes and no exam rooms are available, our team may request to perform an exam in the lobby or complete requested services in the back medical area without family members present to reduce wait times.
